Our classes are based on the CrossFit philosophy that fitness is improved by doing constantly varied functional movements at a high intensity.
We teach functional movements (squats, deadlifts, pressing) and combine them with gymnastic skills (pull ups, push ups, dips, hand stands) along with rowing, running and biking. The result is improved mobility, strength and speed.
Classes are structured to have a warm up, skill and strength work, and culminates with a WOD (work out of the day).
We have classes for all aged kids.
Our AfterSchool program is for middle and high school students.
We offer summer camps for all ages and additional seasonal camps available.
Our AfterSchool training program is a month to month membership program for middle and high school aged students.
To see the best results, we want you to commit to at least one month. You can come 1x per week ($59) or 2x per week ($89).
Schedules are hectic,so you can come whichever day(s) work best for you. Check out our schedule for class times.
There is no long term commitment, but after a few sessions you will be hooked. Ask us about setting up reoccurring payments or multi-month discounts.
AfterSchool classes will be limited to 8 athletes per class. Reservations should be made via the PushPress app.
Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for class. Wait on the sidewalk if possible/weather permits. Exit the gym through the garage door.
Athletes will be asked to wipe down the equipment they use after use.
The gym will be thoroughly cleaned between classes.
Hand sanitizer will be available. No sharing of water bottles. Air high fives only.
